Apparently EA Sports, makers of the best-selling FIFA * series of games, simulated this weekend's Manchester United-Manchester City match? And the simulation accurately predicted the 2-1 final? I suppose in soccer the range of possible outcomes is somewhat small. Run simulations enough (and EA does tend to run them for the big matches) and you're bound to be right eventually.
Arsenal Vs. Barcelona, FIFA 11 Style

Not that FIFA's outcomes should be ignored, but when the names Marouane Chamakh and Andrei Arshavin appear to feature prominently in the side EA picks for Arsenal, I do wonder. Are those guys even going to start today?
↵See for yourself, though. EA Sports gives you their preview of Wednesday’s match at the Emirates (along with some annoying inserts):

↵The biggest lesson from this simulation: Video games are so much more boring than real-life Barcelona. Never in my life has Barcelona looked so rigid and boring.
