You'd have put good money on Nicklas Bendtner scoring just now too, after Jack Wilshere managed to win possession deep in the Barcelona half. Springing free of the defence, Wilshere managed to square the ball to an onrushing Bendtner, who instead of shooting first time with the goal at his mercy, took a poor first touch and allowed Javier Mascherano to clear. That was Arsenal's one glorious chance, and you'd have to imagine they'll deeply regret not taking it.
