For Chelsea, the only way to keep any hopes of defending their title alive is to win at home against West Ham United. For West Ham, who find themselves suddenly at the bottom of the table once more, they can escape the relegation zone, at least for now, with a shock win at Stamford Bridge. Unfortunately for the Hammers, Chelsea are on a role and fielding a full-strength side, whereas Avram Grant is forced to do without Scott Parker or Matthew Upson. It's not looking good for the visitors.
