UEFA Champions League Final 2011: Yellow Cards For Michael Carrick And Dani Alves

We were interrupted for a few minutes by a pitch invasion at Wembley Stadium (a solo act), but we're back up and running with Barcelona still up 2-1 against Manchester United int he 2011 UEFA Champions League final. Before Lionel Messi's goal, Barcelona were rampant, and they more or less remain rampant, although a terrible tackle by Dani Alves on Patrice Evra both results in a yellow card for the right back and gives United a bit of a breather. Speaking of yellows, it's entirely unclear how Antonio Valencia hasn't picked one up after several fouls. Oh well.

United do manage to attack from that free kick, but eventually Ryan Giggs loses out to Alves on the left, leaving the Catalans in possession once more. Michael Carrick puts a stop to that nonsense, smashing through Andres Iniesta very late and earning the second yellow card of the afternoon.
