It's Texas Derby time on a hot night in Houston at Robertson Stadium. The Houston Dynamo welcome FC Dallas to town for the latest edition of this in-state rivalry.

The Dynamo are win less in the month of May and would love to finish the month on a positive note with a defeat of their rivals from the north. FC Dallas is on a tear, undefeated in their last seven matches since losing David Ferriera to an ankle injury. Dallas hasn’t allowed a goal since May 1st so the Houston offense will have to try and break out of their slump against the hottest defense team in the league.
Dynamo coach Dominic Kinnear has made a couple changes ahead of the Gold Cup, playing all three players who will be leaving and resting some regular starters like Bobby Boswell and Hunter Freeman.
