After Seattle Sounders coach Sigi Schmid called out forward Fredy Montero for his lack of recent scoring, maybe it shouldn't come as a huge shock that the Designated Player has been benched for Saturday's match against Real Salt Lake. Mike Fucito will get his second straight start and will be joined by Nate Jaqua. Brad Evans also gets his first start in three games. In all, the Sounders have six new starters from Wednesday's loss to FC Dallas.

As expected, RSL will start Jean Alexandre, normally a midfielder, at forward as Arturo Alvarez, Alvaro Saborio and Paulo Jr. are all unavailable. Ned Grabavoy appears to be starting as the central midfielder.
