It's 0-0 at halftime in a game that sprung to life after half an hour, with Barcelona sending in a flurry of chances which were kept out thanks to some excellent goalkeeping by Iker Casillas. Real Madrid have had some half-chances of their own, but have yet to really test Victor Valdes, and the hosts almost certainly deserve to be ahead. Madrid aren't technically out of things yet, but they needed a goal in that half, and they haven't got one. Or anything even approximating one.
Barcelona Vs. Real Madrid, 2011 UEFA Champions League Semifinal: 0-0 At Halftime
There are some other interesting developments to tell you about last half, and it mostly involves Ricardo Carvalho picking up an early booking and then proceeding to foul everyone in sight (especially Lionel Messi). It appears that Frank de Bleeckere issued him a get-out-of-everything card instead of the yellow, which is leading to some odd scenes at the Camp Nou. There's less diving today, which is nice. I didn't think Sergio Busquets had it in him.
