It is a cold and wet day in Massachusetts with the defending MLS Cup Champion Colorado Rapids in town to play to home standing New England Revolution. The afternoon was filled with rain, thunder and lightning, something that could lead to a very ugly match on the slick Gillette Stadium turf.
New England Revolution Vs. Colorado Rapids: Lineups
The Rapids will have to play without both of their top strikers, Conor Casey and Omar Cummings. Casey continues to battle an hamstring injury and is not on the bench so he is out. The same goes for Cummings, who is dealing with a sprained knee. Meanwhile, the Revs have themselves a late scratch as Zak Boggs was taken out just before the match as he battles an illness with Kenny Mansally taking his place in the starting XI.
