Bob Bradley has made no changes to his United States squad to face Panama, much to the surprise of...absolutely no one. Though the USMNT was far from great against Canada, they put in a fairly solid performance and it's hard to argue with any of Bradley's current team selections. All of Panama's best players are on display, and they might be able to give the United States a challenge. Here are the lineups.
USA Vs. Panama, Gold Cup 2011: Lineups
United States lineup: Howard; Bocanegra, Ream, Goodson, Cherundolo; Donovan, Bradley, Jones, Dempsey; Altidore, Agudelo
Panama lineup: Penedo; Baloy, L. Henriquez, Torres, Dasent, Gomez, Barahona, A. Henriquez, Cooper, Tejada, Perez
The combination at striker of Perez and Tejada should be able to cause some problems for the United States if they do not become too isolated from the midfield. Jones and Bradley will have the ability to control the middle and turn Panama into a long ball team, but if they do not succeed in that, this game could be a very close one.
