Neither Santos FC or Peñarol have surprised anyone at all with their lineups or formation for the Copa Libertadores final, selecting the exact teams that most predicted. Both teams will play variations on 4-4-2 setups, but Santos’ will look much different than Peñarol’s. Santos will play a very fluid style and they should resemble the classic Brazilian ‘Magic Box’ for most of the game, while Peñarol will keep their shape and utilize wide areas quite a bit, especially when they counter attack.
