Mario Balotelli can’t even make it through a meaningless friendly without being a jackass. In fact, he can’t even make it through a first half without being a jackass. Then again, does anyone expect any different from him? Halfway through the first half of Manchester City’s preseason friendly against the LA Galaxy Balotelli was played in on goal and all alone turned around to try a back heel. Nobody, not the City fans in attendance, his teammates or Roberto Mancini was okay with it.

The pointing by Mancini at the end of the video is his pointing at James Milner to go in the match. The Italian immediately pulled Balotelli off the field and had some choice words for the striker. As expected, Balotelli didn’t take it well.
While few expect any different from Balotelli, does anyone feel sorry for City? They knew what they were getting when they bought him. And let’s be serious, as much as we may hate Balotelli for his antics (it seems like his main goal in life is to make everyone hate him), he’s always entertaining.
