Brek Shea Is Winning At Twitter

Anyone who has seen Brek Shea's hair knows that he is not a guy that takes himself overly seriously. He is 21 years old and acts very much like a 21 year old. He likes stupid pop culture, he plays with his hair and makes it crazy because he can and he thinks about goofy things. He is very much 21. He is also very, very good at soccer. He is the probable MLS MVP for this season and he's playing with the United States national team. He is no joke. His twitter on the other hand, well it's kind of a joke, but in the best way possible.

Not long before Shea got ready to play the Seattle Sounders in the U.S. Open Cup semifinals in front of a hostile green-clad crowd in Seattle, Shea tweeted this.

I've never seen so much green flick me off before....gotta love it #USOCless than a minute ago via Twitter for iPhone Favorite Retweet Reply

He he ate ham earlier in the day he shouldn’t have much of a problem dealing with the crowd though. He established that earlier in the day.

If I eat HAM will it help me go H.A.M.?less than a minute ago via Twitter for iPhone Favorite Retweet Reply
