Paris Saint-Germain are top of the table by three points, but Carlo Ancelotti will be expected by his employers to extend that lead in the coming weeks and win Ligue 1 in emphatic fashion. He faces his first league match in charge of the club on Saturday, as PSG welcomes a very good Toulouse side to the Parc des Princes.
PSG Vs. Toulouse, 2012 Ligue 1, Week 20: Carlo Ancelotti Makes His League Debut
Carlo Ancelotti looks to prove that the sacking of Antoine Kombouare was not unjustified when he manages his first league game for Paris Saint-Germain against Toulouse.

This is, however, not the strongest possible Toulouse side. Injuries and African Cup of Nations call-ups have severely weakened the team. Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro, Yohann Pele and Pantxi Sirieix will miss out due to injury, while Mohamed Fofana, Cheikh M’Bengue and Aymen Abdennour are gone to ACN. There is some good news, though. Etienne Capoue and Emmanuel Riviere, who were not available last week, will both be in the team.
PSG have lost Siaka Tiéné to the African Cup of Nations, so new signing Maxwell will likely be thrown directly into the starting lineup at left back. Other than that, the match should look very similar to the one that played last week in the Cup.
