In case you're a bit out of the loop, Landon Donovan has returned to Everton on loan. In his first game that he was eligible to play for the side, he'll be starting. David Moyes has picked the American international to start straightaway against Bolton Wanderers, probably due to the massive fixture congestion they're going through right now. Moyes probably likes that he has any opportunities to rest any first choice players. Donovan will play on the wing. Bolton are also resting some first choice players. Here are the lineups.
