LA Galaxy vs. Seattle Sounders: Magee and Keane score to give Galaxy 3-0 lead

The LA Galaxy have turned what was a close first leg of the Western Conference final into a laugher. Robbie Keane scored just before halftime and now Mike Magee has added a goal and Keane has added his second to stretch the Galaxy lead over the Seattle Sounders to 3-0.

The two goals after halftime have been gorgeous ad the Galaxy's constant pressure is an exhibition in the versatility of their attack. With so many runs coming from deep and the constant interchange, as well as the threat of the direct play that David Beckham brings, it is tough to mark all of the players.

Magee's goal came on a perfect counterattack, with LA breaking quickly through the middle. Keane broke down the middle and fed Sean Franklin, who was in behind the defense. Franklin then hit it across with his first touch for Magee, who made no mistake with his finish to give the Galaxy a 2-0 lead.

Not long after Donovan was free down the left. He cut in and ripped a shot that was blocked, but right into the path of Christian Wilhelmsson. The Swede settled it with his chest and then poked it past Michael Gspurning. The ball looked goal bound, but Keane got there to make sure it would definitely go in, tapping it across the line for the Galaxy's third goal.
