Brazil vs. Colombia: Lineups

While many teams have fielded experimental lineups on Wednesday, resting some of their best players to keep them healthy and keep their clubs happy, Brazil and Colombia are doing nothing of the sort. They're coming out guns blazing, with most of their best players for their friendly match. Because Brazil isn't involved in World Cup qualifying, this might be the last time the two teams play for a few years.

Jackson Martinez has stolen Teo Gutierrez’s spot in the Colombia lineup with his recent spectacular play for FC Porto. Thiago Neves gets a bit of a surprise start for Brazil, and is the only player in their team who probably isn’t actually ‘first choice’ among fit players at this point. Neymar will line up as a center forward.

Brazil lineup (4-2-3-1): Diego Alves; Leandro Castan, Thiago Silva, David Luiz, Dani Alves; Paulinho, Ramires; Thiago Neves, Kaka, Oscar; Neymar

Colombia lineup (4-4-2): David Ospina; Pablo Armero, Mario Yepes, Aquivaldo Mosquera, Juan Cuadrado; James Rodriguez, Edwin Valencia, Carlos Sanchez, Macnelly Torres; Jackson Martinez, Radamel Falcao
