Manchester City Vs. FC Porto, 2012 UEFA Europa League: City Crush Opponents 4-0

FC Porto didn't have too much of a chance to progress in the Europa League entering their match against Manchester City, but they did themselves no favors early on and were eventually picked apart by the Citizens. Sergio Aguero scored just 18 seconds into the match, netting the second-fastest goal in the history of the Europa League/UEFA Cup. That would be the first of four City goals, as they went on to win the match 4-0 and the tie 6-1.

Yaya Toure set up the opener with a fantastic through ball, showing a bit of what City were missing while he was at the Africa Cup of Nations. City sat on their lead for most of the game while Porto were the more threatening team, but the home side finally stepped on the gas again with 15 minutes remaining.

Aguero set up Edin Dzeko for a first-time finish in the 76th minute, at which point things got ugly. Rolando started arguing with the referee even though there was clearly no foul or offside on the move and was shown a red card. City would notch two more against ten-man Porto, with David Silva and David Pizzaro finishing off the rout.
