Swansea City have turned to Denmark to find the man who'll replace Brendan Rodgers at the Liberty Stadium, bringing in former Denmark midfielder Michael Laudrup. Laudrup, who's known for playing a style of attacking football similar to that which the Swans practiced under Rodgers, looks like he's a perfect fit at the club - they certainly think so:

Swansea City will keep their attack-minded philosophy going with the appointment of Michael Laudrup as the man to succeed Brendan Rodgers.

Laudrup, who has been out of work since the beginning of last year following his resignation from Mallorca, signed a two-year deal that will keep him on the books until the end of the 2013-14 season. By that point, Swansea will be expected to have firmly positioned themselves in the Premier League midtable, although it’s easy to see them struggling to consolidate the gains they made in their first season in the top flight.
