Germany Vs. Greece, Euro 2012: Lineups

Well this is neat - Germany have three new starters in their lineup to face Greece in Euro 2012's second quarterfinal. Out are Lukas Podolski, Thomas Mueller and Mario Gomez. In are Andre Schurrle, Marco Reus and Miroslav Klose. Normally, swapping that many players out would be a mark of disrespect, but in Germany's case there's virtually no drop off at all (and Schurrle might be an upgrade over Arsenal-bound Podolski). That's pretty terrifying, if you're not German.

Meanwhile Greece, without suspended captain Giorgos Karagounis, are going to play a defensive lineup and hope for a miracle. Hey, it's happened before, right?

Germany (4-2-3-1): Manuel Neuer; Philipp Lahm, Holger Badstuber, Mats Hummels, Jerome Boateng; Bastian Schweinsteiger, Sami Khedira; Andre Schurrle, Mesut Ozil, Marco Reus; Miroslav Klose.

Greece (10-0-0): Michalis Sifakis; Giannis Maniatis, Giorgos Tzavelas, Kyriakos Papadopoulos, Vasilis Torosidis, Sakratis Papastathopoulos, Grigoris Makos, Sotiris Ninis, Kostas Katsouranis, Giorgos Samaras, Dimitris Salpingidis.
