Meanwhile, Anders Lindegaard continues in goal, while veterans Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs also surprisingly start, with Shinji Kagawa and Antonio Valencia also taking their place among the substitutes.
Meanwhile, Wigan opt for an unchanged 4-4-2 formation, with Franco Di Santo and Arouna Kona both starting up front, with James McArthur and James McCarthy in the centre of midfield.
