Nuri Sahin’s loan spell at Liverpool is at an end, with the Turkish midfielder departing the Anfield club after a disappointing spell.
Nuri Sahin leaves Liverpool, returns to Borussia Dortmund
Nuri Sahin’s loan at Liverpool is over, with the Turkish midfielder returning to former club Borussia Dortmund.

Sahin made just 12 appearances in all competitions for Liverpool after he joined on loan from Real Madrid after an injury gave him a setback to his career at the Spanish giants since joining from Borussia Dortmund.
It appears now, however, that Sahin will be on his way back to Germany as Real Madrid will immediately loan him back out again to his former club, with the midfielder set to join Borussia Dortmund on loan until the end of next season, with Der BVB having the option to make the move permanent.
The playmaker had been due to remain at Liverpool for the whole season, but Reds boss Brendan Rodgers has clearly decided to cut the loan short after he was only able to make limited appearances for the club. With Liverpool's squad still looking thin, it's not known if they will move to replace him, but it seems likely.
