FA Cup 2013, fifth round draw: Lower-league sides will make quarterfinals

The FA Cup fifth round draw did not produce any marquee fixtures, but it does present an opportunity for lower-tier sides to make a deeper cup run.

The quarterfinals of the FA Cup will feature at least two sides who are not from the Premier League, and the fifth round draw gives sides from leagues lower than the Championship a very good chance to advance. There are two ties between lower-league sides, guaranteeing that there won’t be an all-Premier League quarterfinal.

The only match between two Premier League teams will take place at Old Trafford, where Manchester United host Reading. Luton will like their chances of pulling off another massive upset after they drew Millwall at home. MK Dons look like a decent bet to make the deepest run in their history (since Wimbledon's history was returned to them) with their draw, while either Huddersfield or Leicester will like their chances at home against Wigan.

Middlesborough get a bit of a tough break, as on-loan midfielder Josh McEachran won't be able to participate if Chelsea win their replay against Brentford.

Draw

Huddersfield or Leicester vs. Wigan
MK Dons vs. Barnsley
Oldham Athletic vs. Everton
Luton Town vs. Millwall
Arsenal vs. Blackburn Rovers
Manchester City vs. Leeds United
Manchester United vs. Reading
Middlesborough vs. Brentford or Chelsea
