After beating Montenegro on Friday, England will need to finish the job by gaining a victory over Poland to ensure that they qualify for the 2014 World Cup.
England vs. Poland, 2014 World Cup qualifying: Preview and TV schedule
England will need a victory against Poland to be assured of a place in the World Cup in 2014, having done half the job against Montenegro on Friday.

Anything less will almost certainly see England drop into the playoff spaces as Ukraine, who are just one point behind, face an away trip to minnows San Marino in what will be an almost certain victory for the visitors.
England boss Roy Hodgson has called up Raheem Sterling to replace Tom Cleverley, who sustained an injury earlier in the week, although one change that must be made is Kyle Walker, who is now suspended with Manchester United duo Phil Jones and Chris Smalling likely replacements.
Otherwise, the team is likely to be the same, with Leighton Baines continuing in the absence of the injured Ashley Cole, and Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard likely to reprise their central midfield roles.
Almost exactly 40 years ago, England faced another World Cup qualifier against Poland which they had to win, but failed as a resolute side held out to deny them a spot at the tournament. England will be hoping that history does not repeat itself.

Venue: Wembley Stadium, London, England
TV: FOX Sports 1 (U.S.), ITV1, UTV (U.K.), Sportsnet Regional (Canada), TVP Sport, Polsat Sport (Poland)
