Kyle Walker picked up a suspension in the game against Montenegro, while Frank Lampard is dropped for Michael Carrick in the centre of the field as Roy Hodgson looks for more stability in a game he knows his side must win to be sure of their place in the 2014 World Cup.
Elsewhere, Andros Townsend keeps his position on the right wing, while Daniel Sturridge and Danny Welbeck both keep their places.
