Arsenal welcome back Mathieu Flamini to their starting eleven, but at the expense of Jack Wilshere, who drops to the bench as the league leaders travel to Selhurst Park.


Aaron Ramsey partners Flamini in midfield along with Mikel Arteta, with Mesut Ozil out wide with Santiago Cazorla. Kieran Gibbs continues at left-back. Per Mertesacker partners Laurent Koscielny at centre-back.
Meanwhile, Crystal Palace start life without Ian Holloway by naming former Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh leading the line, with Barry Bannan coming into midfield along with Kagisho Dikgacoi and Mile Jedinak. Jonny Williams and Glenn Murray remain on the long-term absentee list with injuries.
