Chelsea vs. West Bromwich Albion: Lineups

Rafa Benitez and Chelsea need to stop the bleeding today, but they face a tough test with West Brom coming to Stamford Bridge.

Alex Livesey

Chelsea and manager Rafa Benitez badly need to pick up three points at home today against West Bromwich Albion. The Blues currently sit fourth in the table, two points behind Tottenham and two ahead of Arsenal. Cheslea have only managed 11 points out of a possible 24 over their last eight games, but have an opportunity to pick up points against a West Brom side that will be without their top scorer, Romelu Lukaku, who is ineligible to play against his parent club.

Without Lukaku, West Brom will have to rely on Shane Long to be a threat up front. They've won their past two Premiership games, and three points today would move them ahead of Everton into sixth place in the table.

Chelsea starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Petr Cech; Ashley Cole, David Luiz, Branislav Ivanovic, Cesar Azpilicueta; Frank Lampard, Ramires; Oscar, Juan Mata, Eden Hazard; Demba Ba.

West Brom starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Ben Foster; Steven Reid, Gareth McAuley, Jonas Olsson, Liam Ridgewell; Claudio Yacob, Youssuf Mulumbu; Marc-Antoine Fortune, James Morrison, Graham Dorrans; Shane Long.
