Real Madrid vs. Levante: Preview and TV schedule

All signs point to Iker Casillas returning to the lineup for Real Madrid after recovering from a long-term hand injury as Los Merengues host Levante.

Despite having a full squad available, it's hard to guess what exactly Jose Mourinho will do for this match against Levante. The general logic is that he'll rest some starters to save them for the Champions League return leg against Galatasaray in the mid-week, but there's always a chance he'll focus on the league with a 3-0 lead in that match. I'd lean towards the first theory, but we'll have to wait and see.

One thing we do know is that Iker Casillas is set to make his return to the squad after missing significant time with a hand injury. In a pre-match press conference Madrid said Casillas would be "in the list of players who will play tomorrow". Assuming nothing was lost in translation, it sounds like Iker will be the start in goal.

Levante will welcome back Sergio Ballesteros, Pedro Lopez and Nabil El Zhar this weekend. All three served card related suspensions last week. Midfielder Valdo has recovered from a knee injury and is expected to be on the bench.
