The Tahitian national soccer team has one professional player, and yet, they're participating in the Confederations Cup as champions of Oceania. You can thank New Zealand, who fell asleep in their OFC Nations Cup semifinal game against New Caledonia. Tahiti went on to win the final 1-0 to qualify for this tournament.

As you might guess, Tahiti aren't very good. They lost 6-1 to Nigeria in their Confederations Cup opener and they should have lost by more, but forget about that. What's important is that they scored, and it was cool.
Their bench lost it.
Their celebration (via @KICKTV) was the best.
And their Twitter account is better than every other soccer team’s Twitter account.
