Jermaine Jones has returned from a concussion and starts over Geoff Cameron. Honduras has recently switched from a 4-4-2 to a 4-3-3 formation. Carlo Costly starts up top and youngster Andy Najar gets a start on the right. Los Catrachos are down two first choice players in defense.
