Last round's results have Spain in as good a position as they could have possibly hoped for. They'll advance to the knockout stage as long as they don't lose by four or more goals on Sunday while Uruguay make up an 11-goal differential. While a 7-0 or better Uruguay win against Tahiti seems likely, a four-goal loss to the Super Eagles is truly unfathomable.

Nigeria is in need of a serious miracle on Saturday if they want to advance in the Confederations Cup, while Spain simply have to avoid losing by four goals or more.

A one-goal win over Spain -- as nice of an accomplishment as it would be -- would probably see Nigeria exit the competition. They're only ahead of Uruguay by four goals, and it's tough to see Tahiti avoid a loss by fewer than five goals.
Spain are injury-free and will probably revert to their first choice team after their backups dismantled Tahiti. It’s unlikely that anyone did enough in that match to win a first-team place from a player who participated in the win over Uruguay. Nigeria will probably be without Nnamdi Oduamadi, who was hurt in the Uruguay match.
