England vs. Scotland: Lineups
Wayne Rooney starts for England as they take on their rivals at Wembley, while Scotland pick an attacking lineup.
The want-away Manchester United striker starts just behind his teammate Danny Welbeck, with Steven Gerrard and Jack Wilshere in midfield. Phil Jagielka and Gary Cahill are chosen at center-back, with Kyle Walker at right-back, with Tom Cleverley in an unfamiliar position on the wing.
Meanwhile, Gordon Strachan has chosen a very offensive lineup to take to the field, with four attacking midfielders playing ahead of Scott Brown. James Forrest is to start along with Shaun Maloney on the wings, while Kenny Miller comes into the side after impressing for his club, with Leigh Griffiths dropping to the bench. James Morrison continues in midfield, but relinquishes the captain's armband to Scott Brown.
England starting lineup Joe Hart; Kyle Walker, Phil Jagielka, Gary Cahill, Leighton Baines; Steven Gerrard, Jack Wilshere; Theo Walcott, Wayne Rooney, Tom Cleverley; Danny Welbeck.
