Saturday’s six games in the Premier League were not pretty but that will hardly matter to teams like Hull and Stoke who claimed their first wins of the season.

It wasn’t the prettiest football being played today in the Premier League but several teams won’t mind after picking up their first points of the young season.

Despite out shooting, out possessing and just plain out playing West Brom, Everton were forced to settle for their second straight draw of the season.
Everton unleashed 17 shots, including seven on target, but they simply could not put the ball in the back of the net. Their best chance to find the winner came in the 82nd minute when Marouane Fellaini missed a sitter, beating substitute goalkeeper Luke Daniels -- Ben Foster left due to injury in the 78th minute -- but the ball rebounded off the post.
Hull scored a first half penalty and survived playing over half the game a man down to earn their first win of the season.
Hull had a rather eventful first half as they took the lead in the 22nd minute minute on a Robbie Brady penalty. Norwich’s Michael Turner was called for a dubious foul after contact with Yannick Sagbo in the box and Brady beat John Ruddy to the bottom left corner.
Five minutes later Sagbo was shown a straight red card by referee Mike Jones after head-butting Russell Martin.
The Canaries had most of the possession in the second half and a majority of the shots, but they couldn’t break through against the Tigers’ defense.
Stoke needed a second half comeback to defeat Crystal Palace and earn their first win of the season.
Palace went ahead in the 31st minute when summer signing Marouane Chamakh finished off a pass from Damien Delaney, beating Asmir Begovic to the lower left corner.
The lead survived to the halftime break but Stoke's adjustments paid off as they surged ahead early in the second half. Charlie Adam evened the match at 1-1 in the 58th minute and four minutes later the Potters took the lead when Ryan Shawcross beat Julian Speroni from close range to make it 2-1.
