Arsenal might have the lead against Tottenham Hotspur at halftime in the North London Derby, but there's also some very bad news: Jack Wilshere is injured. Again. The midfielder, who started alongside Aaron Ramsey in the double pivot, has picked up what looked to be lower body problem that forced a switch just before the break, with Mathieu Flamini coming on in his place.

Although the extend of the injury isn't yet clear -- Wilshere managed to limp off, at least -- any sort of issue will be a blow for both Arsenal and England, neither of whom can afford to lose the 21-year-old for very long. That there was no contact will worry Arsene Wenger further, who's already having to deal with the absences of Lukas Podolski and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Considering Wilshere’s luck with injuries, it’s natural to fear the worst, but hopefully this turns out to be more precautionary than anything else.
Update: Apparently he’s just very ill.
Good news for Arsenal fans: Wilshere is not injured; apparently he and Sagna have a virus of some type; both are sick.
