Roy Hodgson opts for Rickie Lambert to replace Danny Welbeck as England look to get a result against a potentially dangerous Ukraine side.
Danny Welbeck's suspension means that England notably line up without a single Manchester United player in the starting eleven. Rickie Lambert also continues up front as the visitors suffer a number of injuries to their strikeforce. James Milner is on the left flank, with Theo Walcott on the right, while Gary Cahill and Phil Jagielka start in central defence.
Ukraine, meanwhile, deploy Roman Zozulya as a lone striker but with the dangerous-looking trio of Andriy Yarmolenko, Eugene Konoplyanka and Oleg Gusev in midfield.
