Marseille have sent Morgan Amalfitano to West Bromwich Albion, but they've secured a more than capable replacement in the form of Florian Thauvin, freshly signed from Lille:
Marseille confirm Florian Thuavin deal

Thauvin's transfer was... contentious, to say the least. Having signed for Lille in January after being chased by a slew of major teams from around Europe, Thauvin managed a grand total of zero games for the club, staying at Bastia on loan for half of the season before going on strike and refusing to play at the end of the summer.
Thauvin might be a pain, but he’s also prodigiously talented. Widely considered one of Europe’s top prospects, he’s a major threat on the ball and looked to be the heir to Eden Hazard’s mantle at Lille before this bizarre turnaround. If Elie Baup can handle him, he has a gem on his hands. It remains unclear whether Lille have managed to recoup the €3 million they paid for him in Janaury.
