Did Cristiano Ronaldo deserve a penalty here?

This is a close call, but referee Jesus Gil opted to wave play on, instead of giving a penalty to Real Madrid or carding Cristiano Ronaldo for a dive. Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets definitely sticks out a leg in front of Ronaldo, but the contact is minimal and the Madrid star definitely makes the most of it. Softer fouls have been given as penalties, though. What do you think?
