Watch a professional be as bad at basic athleticism as you

That’s not how you athlete.

Alessio Cerci is a professional footballer, and a pretty excellent one at that. He was terrific for Torino the last two years and earned a move to Atletico Madrid. He even has 13 caps for Italy and was on their World Cup team.

But he can’t lift his leg over a relatively low hurdle to do a basic drill and that should make you feel better about yourself.

So what if he kicked the hurdle way further than you could? Don’t let that make you question your athleticism. You might be able to get your leg over that hurdle and he didn’t! That, my friends, means you just very well might be a superior athlete to Cerci.
