Zenit St. Petersburg vs. Borussia Dortmund: Lineups

Both teams go with conventional setups, but have some minor surprises in their selection.

Dean Mouhtaropoulos

The players fighting for fitness for Borussia Dortmund and Zenit St. Petersburg have been left out, with both managers playing it safe. Given that they're playing on a poor pitch in Russia in February, this is probably a good idea. Manuel Friedrich starts in defense for BVB, while Sebastian Kehl has gotten the nod in midfield. Kevin Großkreutz will play on the left wing, ahead of Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang. Zenit have picked Oleg Shatov over Konstantin Zyryanov in midfield and Neto over Tomáš Hubočan in defense.

Zenit St. Petersburg lineup (4-3-3): Yury Lodygin; Domenico Criscito, Nicolas Lombaerts, Neto, Aleksandr Anyukov; Axel Witsel, Viktor Fayzulin, Oleg Shatov; Andriy Arshavin, Solomon Rondon, Hulk

Borussia Dortmund lineup (4-2-3-1): Roman Weidenfeller; Marcel Schmelzer, Manuel Friedrich, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Lukasz Piszczek; Sebastian Kehl, Nuri Sahin; Marco Reus, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Kevin Großkreutz; Robert Lewandowski

Kickoff is at 9 p.m. local time, 12 p.m. ET from Petrovsky Stadium. You can catch the game on FOX Sports 1 in the U.S., Sky Sports 1 in the U.K. and Sportsnet World in Canada.
