Sunderland fan travels 10,000 miles to Wembley for League Cup Final

Cats can fly.

@andylumm

Some people dismiss the Capital One Cup. Those people are probably not Sunderland fans.

Those people are certainly not Sunderland fan Ian Temple.

Ian is like most Black Cats in that he would do anything to see Sunderland play at Wembley. What makes Ian different is that he lives in Sydney, Australia. And yet he will still be making the trip to see Sunderland play Manchester City in the final.

For those of you wondering, that’s 21,006 miles round trip.

Maybe the League Cup matters after all? (no)
