It's not clear if their formation is a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-3-3 -- James Milner could easily be playing in the center of midfield or on the wing -- but the team should function similarly either way.

Barcelona will do something similar with their midfield, playing Andres Iniesta as a wide forward who will probably do plenty of interchanging with Cesc Fabregas. Neymar looks set to start on the right, with Alexis Sanchez losing his place to accommodate him.
