Despite struggling with a raft of injuries, Borussia Dortmund still managed to emerge from their Champions League round of 16 away leg against Zenit St. Petersburg with a 4-2 win. Jürgen Klopp's outfit are still without several first teamers, though shouldn't have a problem completing the job of qualifying for the Champions League quarterfinals on Wednesday.

Borussia Dortmund shouldn’t have a problem defending their 4-2 aggregate lead at home to Zenit St. Petersburg on Wednesday.
Since the home defeat, Zenit fired their coach Luciano Spalletti, as they ceded the Russian Premier League lead to Lokomotiv Moscow. It has since been announced that they’ve hired André Villas-Boas as a replacement, but with the Portuguese coach not due to be presented until Thursday, it’s likely this game will still be in the hands of caretaker Sergei Semak.
Dortmund will be without the injured İlkay Gündoğan, Sven Bender, Jakub Błaszczykowski and Neven Subotić, but should have winger Marco Reus back in time to play. Zenit also have a fair few first team injury frustrations, with Andrey Arshavin and Cristian Ansaldi also among those sidelined. Aleksandr Ryazantsev is not registered for the Champions League, and thus is ineligible.
