Kekuta Manneh has the goal of the week in MLS

The young Gambian has picked up where he left off last season.

Kelvin Kuo-USA TODAY Sports

Last season, Kekuta Manneh announced himself as one of Major League Soccer's rising stars with a six-goal season even though he only played in 20 games, with 14 of those appearances coming as a substitute. He's still the Vancouver Whitecaps' super-sub, and he made a case for getting some more opportunities with this stunner against the LA Galaxy on Saturday.

This goal rescued a point for Vancouver at the end of a fairly lackluster performance. Had they lost, it would have been their second in a week to the Galaxy.
