Sunday’s match between Liverpool and Chelsea is less of a title decider than it is a title eliminator.

Every indication is that Chelsea are going to pick some sort of weakened team, though it’s not clear how weak. They’re facing a minor injury crisis at the moment and will need to make sure they have enough first team bodies for their mid-week Champions League match against Atlético Madrid.
Nemanja Matic and Mohamed Salah are cup-tied for Champions League, so they're likely to start. Frank Lampard and John Obi Mikel are both suspended for next week's game, so they should play some part. Marko van Ginkel could also make his first start since suffering a serious knee injury.
Ramires misses out through suspension for Chelsea, while John Terry and Petr Cech are likely done for the season with injuries. Samuel Eto'o and Eden Hazard could both come back for the Atléti game, but will almost certainly sit this one out.
As for Liverpool, their injury concerns are only minor. Daniel Sturridge will have to pass a late fitness test to play, while Jose Enrique remains out with a long-term knee injury.
