Anderson snaps photo of the Pope, breaks papal law

Anderson is back to doing Andersony things.

Gabriele Maltinti

Anderson has finally sorted things out. He’s in Italy, where he’s been a decent squad player for a good Fiorentina team that is in the Coppa Italia final so everything is going well...oh no, he’s screwed up again.

Fiorentina were invited to the Vatican to be blessed by the Pope, as is tradition for Coppa Italia finalists, and Anderson snapped a photo of Pope Francis, which is against papal law.

I mean, we could sit here and act surprised, but it’s Anderson.
