Derby score on goal off the crossbar, goalkeeper’s back

Trick shot!

Chris Martin has the Goal of the Year, hitting a rocket that he deflected off of the crossbar and the goalkeeper’s back before going in.

Or, and this is just a remote possibility, Martin didn’t try that.

Goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak was charged with the own goal, leaving Martin off the scoresheet completely despite his hitting a howitzer. More importantly, it puts Derby ahead of Brighton and Hove Albion in their promotion playoff.

Now imagine if Derby advance by a goal -- this goal. Funny goals are way better than good goals.
