Belgium won't be World Cup dark horses for long if they struggle against Algeria. Jan Vertonghen committed a horrible foul on Sofiane Feghouli in the box in the 24th minute, clipping him and pulling his shirt. The referee correctly pointed to the spot for this offense, and Feghouli scored.
