Algeria ring changes for South Korea showdown

Algeria have reverted to a back three for their game against South Korea, with Abdelmoumene Djabou coming into the attack.

Algeria have made several changes for their game against South Korea, with Abelmoumene Djabou and Carl Medjani coming into the side.

Saphir Taider is surprisingly one of the names to make way as the North Africans' midfield has a more attacking look about it. Islam Slimani continues up front, and Nabil Bentaleb will be asked to hold together much of the defensive efforts from midfield. Rafik Halliche continues to be the main central defender of the backline.

South Korea, meanwhile, name an unchanged side as Chu-Young Park leads up front supported by Chung-Yong Lee and Son Heung-Min. Ki Seung-Yeung continues in defence.

South Korea (4-3-3): Jung Sung-Ryong; Yun Suk-Young, Kim Young-Gwan, Lee Yong, Koo Ja-Cheol; Han Kook-Young, Hong Jeong-Cho Ki Seung-Yeung; Son Heung-Min, Chung-Yong Lee; Chu-Young Park

Algeria (5-4-1): Rais Mbolhi, Djemal Mesbah Madjid Bouguerra, Rafik Halliche, Carl Medjani, Aissa Mandi,; Nabil Bentaleb, Sofiane Feghouli, Yacine Brahimi, Abdelmoumene Djabou; Islam Slimani.
