World Cup 2014 live streaming: How to watch USA vs. Portugal online
Won’t be near a TV when the USMNT take on Portugal? We can help you find it streaming live on the internet.
The United States are in a position they didn't think they'd find themselves in this Sunday. If they can defeat Portugal (6 p.m. ET, ESPN), they'll qualify for the knockout stage of the World Cup before they play their final group stage game.
Portugal scores stunner
Portugal were poor in their first game, falling 4-0 to Germany. Pepe got a red card in that game and will be suspended against the USA, while Fabio Coentrao picked up an injury that will keep him out for the World Cup. There are also questions about the fitness of Bruno Alves, Rui Patricio, Hugo Almeida and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The USMNT aren't without injury issues of their own. Jozy Altidore is definitely out, while Jurgen Klinsmann claims that Matt Besler is fit, despite straining his hamstring against Ghana. Alejandro Bedoya was limping at the end of his shift as well, and could potentially be replaced by Graham Zusi.
How the USMNT can advance
You have more than one option for watching the game online if you live in the United States. Want to watch in English? Watch ESPN is the place to go, assuming you have access through your internet or TV provider. You can also find Portuguese audio and a tactical camera there. If you prefer to watch the game in Spanish, or just don't have Watch ESPN access, you can head over to Univision En Vivo.
The game will be on CBC Sports in Canada and BBC Player in the UK. You can check out listings for other countries as well at Live Soccer TV.
