United States coach Jürgen Klinsmann has made two changes to his starting lineup ahead of the USMNT's crucial final group match against Germany.

After a shaky performance at centre-back against Portugal Geoff Cameron has been replaced by Omar Gonzalez, while Brad Davis replaces Alejandro Bedoya in midfield.
