After a shaky performance at centre-back against Portugal Geoff Cameron has been replaced by Omar Gonzalez, while Brad Davis replaces Alejandro Bedoya in midfield.

Meanwhile, Germany boss Joachim Löw starts with an unchanged defence despite fears over the fitness of right-back Jerome Boateng. In midfield Bastian Schweinsteiger starts over Sami Khedira, while Lukas Podolski gets the nod over Mario Götze up front.
