Jozy Altidore scores to give USMNT 1-0 lead

Jozy Altidore was in a bit of a drought. He had not scored a goal for club or country since December 4, 2013.

Not anymore.

Thanks to some wonderful work by Alejandro Bedoya and Fabian Johnson, Altidore just had to stand there and kick the ball two yards into an open goal. It was as easy as could be, but for a striker struggling to score, he's not going to complain.
